SERVICE RECEIVED FROM SPREE

<p>I have placed an order online with SPREE... I received an email saying that i need to pay within 24 hours, which i did. They received the payment the next day... I called a few days later asking where my order is and they told me that it takes 3 to days for delivery. i waited for the days and called again. I was then told that there is a delay as they have a lot of orders due to the sale that they are having. I called back asking to speak to a manager... 3 times i was placed on hold and then cut off. Later i received an email saying that my parcel has been handed over to the courier. I called this morning asking when i can expect delivery. I was given the Courier companies number. I called them giving the reference number on the email and was advised that i would receive my parcel today. When i called back later as i advised them of the time i left the office they had no record of my order nor whom i had spoken to or even my tracking number.</p> <p>I have never received such bad service in my life and it has just put me off buying things online from SPREE ever again!!</p> <p> </p>
