service failure

I am appalled by the service received from spree. I ordered an item and cancelled the order after I had already made the payment via EFT. I have not received my money back and it has been over two weeks. They keep giving me the run around that it will done. I have not received the item so I do not understand why is it such a long process to give me my money back. I have to keep sending emails and calling.
