Sent 4 emails and still no reply

Hi<br> <br> I have sent 4 emails trying to arrange an exchange and am yet to receive a response! Can someone please respond to my emails and arrange for the courier to collect the goods (I am not posting the goods!). I am tired of running after Spree. This is the first time I used Spree as I work long hours and do not have time to go to the shops - bad idea as I would have spent less time at the shops than all the admin Spree ahs. I thought online shopping was meant to be easier than going to the shops and this has been a nightmare and wasted so much of my time. Please read my emails and respond! If you do not have the sizes I need for the exchange then please refund me as I do not want to use Spree ever again.
