I ordered a coat on Friday the 25th of May. My order was delivered on the 28th of May (Monday) It was the wrong colour as well as the wrong size. Immediately called their call centre and they picked it up on Tuesday.

They have kept quiet no one contacted me to let me know of the progress. Yesterday I called them they advised me that I must wait 7-8 working days!!!!!!!! I completely lost my mind. Why must I be inconvenienced when this is their mess I paid???? I want my order today!!!!!
