Returns policy
<p>Have tried to return products on Spree at least thrice. They make it incredibly hard to log a return. Their FAQ section says to go to spree.co.za/returns, but this ALWAYS redirects to the Spree homepage instead, making it physically impossible to log a return. What ever happened to transparency, Spree? This is not only a huge annoyance, but also a violation of South African consumer protection laws. </p>

You are able to access the option by clicking on "Accounts", then "Orders".
On the right of the order, you will have the option to click on 'Request a return"
