Returns on Spree

The return process on Spree is terrible. I placed an order on 26 June 2018. I logged an exchange for a size bigger on the 2 July 2018.

The incorrect package was delivered on the 13 July 2018 so I logged the same exchange as I had previously done. Again on the 25 July 2018 the incorrect package was delivered so yet again I logged the same return.

Today it is the 10 August 2018 and I still do not have my package or my money. I have attempted to inquire about this issue through calling in to their help desk, emailing their client support address and also tweeting to their Spree support handle. All my attempts fall on deaf ears and there is no feedback from any of these channels.

My patience has worn thin
