Returns

<p>Hi</p> <p>Ive logged a return on the 14th , ive called the call centre 3 times regarding this returns as it was suppose to be my sons eid shoe nd still noone bothered to damn collect the item. Ive sent two emails nd still no reply or no contact whatsoever. Every call I was told they arranged an urgent collection. Its been 7 business days nd still noone collected the thing. I need this done Asap as I need the cash to purchase my sons Eid shoe but that wont happen you guys have inconvenience me so much. Instead of making life easier with online shopping uve made it extremely difficult all these issues. Im a working mom I had to put in leave to run around for a shoe. You service is extremely pathetic!!!!!</p>
