I orderd a jacket on the 31 July 2017. I then returned the coat as i needed a smaller size. collection was done on the 3 August 2017. I called 3 times and each time i was given a different story. The first consultant advised that Id reciev the coat on tuesday (15 August) the second consultant told me that I should get it today (17 August) and that if i havent then i should call and escalate it as it has been relaesed! When i called right now, I was told it is still under inspection and has not been released yet! I have never had issues like this with Superbalist. They are very effiient I must say. Spree should jack up their system to make it pleasent for everyone. By the time i recieve my coat its already summer!!!!!
