Returned goods never collected almost a month

Firstly, thanks to Spree I have now become accustomed and enjoyed online shopping. Ive bought a few items by you over the last few months and honestly Id consider myself a loyal customer, looking at your products and website regularly, even recommending my friends and family. HOWEVER my last purchase has left a bad taste in my mouth. I requested a return of goods on the 21st of June, next week will be a month. Ive sent numerous emails to your helpline, a few responses but no follow through, Im highly upset. Ive never experienced this service from you. Your courier contacted me, I got home the box was still there. I want a refund if this is your level of service after a few customer experiences, then I will rather shop online via Zando, Superbalist or Runway sale. Im highly disappointed.
