Return not collected
I bought sneakers in July unfortunately they didn't fit so I made a return immediately after they had been delivered. Until to date they have not been collected from my house.
I phoned the call center several times and all I have been getting is promises and apologies that they are sorry the parcel will be collected. I am still awaiting collection and refund
