Return

I bought a pair of f boots early August. Then i returned it, till today they haven't collected it at Clicks Groblersdal mall. All the time when i send an email to check when am i going to get my refund, all i get is we busy investigating. Until when, next year August?? Their return service with pargo is a thumbs down. Please assist, i really need this parcel collected and my refund. Its frustrating ?
