Refunds that never come

Please don’t take your business online if you clearly don’t know what you guys are doing....how do emails get unanswered? I canceled an order last week the same guy told me twice that the refund was made and they are waiting for my bank to transfer which is bull**** as I have had all my other transfers cleared to my account....if you guys can’t stick to your refund policy then don’t offer people refunds. Dont do to others what you wouldn’t want done to you.

I Purchased another item online which I’m hoping actually comes and after this I will not be using the online store again.

Please employ people who actually want to work and give a **** about the next person.
