Refunds/collections always a nightmare
Due to their strange sizes I needed to return my 3 dresses. On Monday I got a call from the courier to come then. Thanks for the heads up. So I arranged to leave the box with security to be collected Tues. no one arrived. I called the courier number now and the guy says he doesn't know why. That's a big help to me. The driver is now lying that he went to my house yesterday. The longer you take to collect the longer my money doesn't get paid back which is unacceptable since I can't use the products. Get a new courier company spree. The service sucks
