Refund taking too long to process and no feedback
Good day,
It's been weeks and my refund has not been processed. I call and im told that items still need to go through quality check. It's really taking long. Email I sent to follow up has not been responded to.
It's frustrating because I also had an exchange item and I highly doubt ill receive it for this weekend's event.
