REFUND STILL NOT RECEIVED A MONTH LATER

I made a purchase from Spree on the 18th of March and requested a refund which was apparently processed by Spree on the 31st of March. I phoned in to notify Spree before requesting the refund that my card was lost and cancelled and asked if this would not have any implication on the refund and I was assured that it wouldn't,. It's a month later and I still don't have my money.
