Refund request

I requested a refund of my store credit on 02/10/2018 and on 03/10/2018 I got a response requesting my banking details.

I responded immediately and the spree support team went all quiet.

I have sent three other emails on the 4th, 8th and today 11th and still no response.

I need to know if i'll be receiving my refund or not and when. Them not responding to my emails is just making me irate.
