Refund Request

REQUEST NO: ********** I haven't been treated well I'm stressed now cause if a refund that was supposed to have been made long ago for a cancelled order not even by me but the business cause I had already paid with EFT somehow they never found my payment. I had to sent proof to them they were able to pick it up and ever since Bern sending me the money owing if R748.00 as loyal customers I even went I spent my last money to reorder the items I wanted.. it's 3-4 months now I'm exhausted my time and airtime money calling to get this sorted, has got no we're I'm actually disgusted by level of service you provide
