Refund ***

I purchase a jacket in May for my daughter ********** 10,after that they confirmed my payment & also send an email that I will receive my order on the 5June.On the 01/06 received an email again we have reimburse yu with a store credit or if yu want a refund please sent us your banking details,I did exactly that on the 08/6.No correspondence from them I followed up twice ********** & ********** what I get is case has been escalated to Refund,I only want my refund.Their service is poor.
