Refund not received in 4weeks

I placed an order 25th March '15, payment made via eft with POP sent immediately. The following day a request for POP was sent although I had already sent it & I sent it again. The items took long to be delivered resulting in some items no longer being needed for desired event. Therefore a return was actioned on the 30th March the same day delivery arrived. On the 8th April an email was received stating my returns products had been received. Banking details were sent on the 13th after I had made a call to find out the following process, only then I was told that banking details were required. On the 14th April I received confirmation from Shafeeah stating my refund would be processed 'shortly'. It is now the 22nd April and the refund has still not been received. Not only that, the person who processed it inputted incorrect banking details apparantly resulting in the refund being rejected by the bank. Therefore I will now have to wait even further. Real incompetence. Not only was delivery not was I am used to when shopping online but now the refund is taking such a long time way after order had been placed. I have really been put off from placing again and would not recommend others
