Refund not processed

Hi,<br> <br> I've made an online purchase on [URL Removed] and I was not happy with the quality of some of the items, so I requested a refund for 3 items.<br> <br> I received a refund for only 1 of the 3 products, and have been following up on this every day this week. On Monday I spoke to an agent who promised me feedback (didn't get any), on Tuesday I sent a mail (no feedback), spoke to an agent on Wednesday who promised me feedback (didn't get any) and on Thursday I sent another mail (no feedback). <br> <br> I am extremely unhappy about this service, and the would like my R890 as soon as possible.<br> <br> Unless this is resolved, I will never buy from spree again.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Janet
