refund not made as promised!bad service

<p>I ordered 3 boots at Spree more than a month ago.I paid all 3 in full just to findout a few days later 2 pairs is out of stock at their warehouse.I emailed and phoned them numerous times about my refund.They dont even respond to my mail, just a messages to rate someone.How can I rate people who didnt even assist me?Every time I phone they just say they gonna do the payment the same day.This is ridiculous how can i fight for my own money .They just wasting my airtime.I wont recommend Spree to anyone.</p>
