Refund never received

My return was fetched by Spree on the 7th of May. To date (11 June) I have not received a refund. There is no response to my emails, the call centre operators are extremely unhelpful and rude. I posted a message on Facebook to which they responded a few days later saying they my refund is still to be processed and provided a reference number. When I contact the call centre, it is the same story of the refund being in the approval queue with no knowledge of when or if I will ever receive a refund. If you look at their Facebook page, you will find that there are lots of disgruntled customers with the exact same experience. I'm seriously shocked that this company is still trading.
