Refund me my money

This is the second time I have to complain about this company. My order was never delivered and they were supposed to refund me. This was about 3 weeks ago!!!! I have still have not received my refund. Today I had to call the company Again with my money and spoke to an agent named Zelpha who promised to call me back with proper feedback, that did not happen... It is so easy for this company to take our money but it becomes a mission to get it bac**** It's so rude and unprofessional!! I am disgusted by how unprofessional they are!!

No one gets back to me they all have no clue what they doing!! This is absolute nonsense!! *******. If you guys don't know how to run a company just shut it down coz you failing dismally!!!

It's simple, REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!!
