Refund Headache

I did not accept the parcel from the courier guy as advised by a spree consultant when i called to make a purchase cancellation 5 minutes after buying and was told that it was "too late to cancel " . After three days of the parcel going back to the spree warehouse still no word from spree about the status of my refund when i call in i am sent from pillar to post with endless promises of my refund being processed soon.I am soo done with these people !Dont waste your money on spree instead but directly from the supplier or in-store !
