Refund delay - ORDER #***

I have called the call center on numerous occasions and I keep get the response that the refund is with the finance department. I mean it sure does not stay there forever unless there is no employees in the department. The agents I have spoken to assured me that payment will be made 3 days ago yet i have still not received anything.
