Refund
Spree's returns/ refund process is full of holes. Collections take place before the scheduled call, return orders are cancelled on the system without authorisation, no feedback is received and processing of refunds (crediting of your account) does not happen within the promised 3 - 10 day period. Think twice before ordering...
