Refund

I ordered a jacket on the 25 June 2018 and I have received it on the 30 June and I returned the item on 1 July as it was very small . I asked for exchange and till today i am still waiting , i tried to call them and they keep on telling me about their warehouse. I asked for refund still nothing is happening . I can't take this anymore I just need my money as the jacket will not serve a purpose anymore. Winter is almost over.
