Refund
I returned items that did not fit me. The other dress was R 85 ( order number ***) and the other dress was R 100 ( ***). I cancelled another item but the driver came to fetch it anyway, so i gave him the parcel. Its been a month and i have not been refunded my money. When I call the call centre they keep saying they will follow up but I have not been given feedback. Can Spree please refund my money please as I have returned the items. This is really bad service especially that its been a month already and have not recieved my money. Im really disappointed with the refund service and this morning when I called they said i have to wait for another 3 days. Really.
