Refund

I ordered 3 items from spree and paid for them. The next day I received an email that the 3rd item will not be delivered because it’s out of stock. These ****** billed me when they knew the item was out of stock so they can keep our money as “store credit”. The 2 items were delivered on the 2nd May and I gave not seen my money back for the undelivered item. I have sent numerous emails to these ****** and still I am still waiting for my money. People should be alert regarding these ******.
