Refund

I sent an email to Spree on the 05/08/2017 requesting a refund and got a reference number 647759 but I never got the refund. I sent another email on the 15/08/2017 and got another reference number 688882 and even phoned Spree and I was told the refund will be done last week but that never happened. I will like the refund to be done as soon as possible!
