Refund

I requested a return on April 29 about a day later the courier collected the item. To this day I haven't received my money back. after days of trying to call Spree with no luck I finally spoke to a call centre agent yesterday who claimed they rep**** to an e-mail I sent last week querying about the delay an e-mail I didn't receive. He promised to speak to their finance department but so far I haven't heard anything.<br> <br> They requested my banking details days ago which I supp**** and they confirmed to have received them last week but still no refund. I am very frustrated because no one is saying anything and I want my money back. I buy on line all the time never had such problem with regards to refunds.
