REFTURN NOT REFUNDED A MONTH LATER

I returned good to the value of R2700 to date I have only been refunded half of the money on 7 December.

I logged a call and they picked up that the other half will be refunded by 20 December and to date I have not received the refund. I made numerous calls and now no one can pick up my outstanding refund. I have asked for a supervisor to call me 2 weeks ago and to date no one has called.

I would like to warn consumers not to purchase through SPREE.

I want my R1072 refunded and I will take this further and will complain on every social media platform until I get my refund.

Someone from spree better contact me to sort this out.

I have spent over R200 on phone calls and still nothing has happened.
