Received wrong order twice from spree

Good day <br> <br> i placed an order at [URL Removed] and when i received my parcel instead of receiving a dress that i ordered i received a jump suit . i requested an exchange and after 3days they send me an email saying they cannot do an exchange as the dress is out of stock.<br> <br> i am very disappointed with spree as this is happening to me for the second time . it was not my fault that they packed a wrong item for me and when i tell them to take what they gave me and give me what i ordered they tell me stories. i feel very bad as i use to love spree.
