Quayside Boat Shoes
Have bought and had to return Quayside Boat Shoes twice within the return period specified as the leather laces break. Have also had 2 other pairs with same problem but out of return time. No help from customer service in replacing these laces - I'll buy them if necessary. No joy - customer service couldn't careless. Tried Quayside Shoes in CT - even worse. Beware.
