****py attitude and pathetic service

<p>Placed order on 26/9. Received payment confirmation on 27/9 at 07:30 in the morning. Received shipment notification on 28/9 that parcel was handed over to courier. I waited.......and waited......phoned on 29/9 at 13:00 following up on parcel to confirm someone will be home to receive it. Spoke to Eugene who promised he will phone me back. At 15:00 I phoned again and was told that they don't have feedback. Asked to speak to supervisor, Was cut off. Phoned back. Supervisor told me that I was not cut off that I in fact put the phone down. Again asked about delivery. Got ****py and pathetic answers. WILL NOT USE SPREE EVER AGAIN!! ZANDO ALL THE WAY!!</p>
