Promises promises

<p>Against my better judgement , after bad service already expierenced i shoped on spree app again. Some of the items i decided to return due to wrong size/ not suitable ect. I did the return request on the 27 th July already to date there has been no collection, only promises that some courier would be sent out, this would be escalated. I will be refunded in the interim. To date not a promise fulfilled.</p> <p>Jut unacceptable!</p>
