Poor very poor customer service nd wrong advertising

Normally purchase things online with spree just recently bought stuff using my store credit and added the balance by eft, yesterday i received an email that my order has been cancelled whilst i paid.Tried their call center a number of times with no avail ,sent emails for them to refund all the money and still i got no answer.There is a order i also returned for size exchange and it's two weeks now that i have not received.It will be better if i get money more than begging for things i already paid for.
