Poor services

I do not appreciate that fact that no one called me from spree ,regarding the mistake that was made by spree .I'm not willing to wait for this long for you guys to deliver the right order. This is a poor service from spree ...Can anyone make contact with me before Friday to come and deliver the right staff .i do not care about your process as spree made a mistake ...how can this be so hard for you guys to sort this out ?
