Poor service... Unhelpful!! Useless consultants

I ordered a bag from spree on the 15 September 2017 and it was delivered on the 20 September 2017 and I requested to return ( ********** 43-1) the bag on the 22 September 2017 and the bag was fetched after I had sent an email on the 5th October 2017 and they stated that the courier couldn't get hold of me. The bag was fetched the following week. I called in requesting that my credit be transferred to my bank account and provided them with my banking details. This hasn't been done. I sent another email(request is 842083) on the 18 October 2017 requesting my refund as the bag was return long time ago in its original packaging, I didn't get any response. I sent another email on 20 October 2017 asking for feedback and Shafiekah rep**** saying "We have forward your request to our logistics. Our apologies on the delay." I haven't heard anything ever since no feedback or update I have been waiting since for my refund that the will tell me it will take up to 7 days to transfer into my account. Spree service is pathetic. I have been a loyal customer and I want my money in account!! I cannot wait. How can a return take more than 30 days to process. This is a joke. Your service is a joke and I thought you are running a business.
