POOR SERVICE REGARDING REFUND

its been more than a month that i am trying to get my refund from Spree. i have called on numerous occasions where i am told that the refunds will be done within 48hours. Please advise urgently where my refunds. at this stage i do not wish to reccommend or refer SPREE to anyone. highly irrate.... PLEASE REFUND URGENTLY!!!!!!!
