Poor service from Spree

Last week on the 2nd I order a red set of bangle and necklace from spree order***, the order was delivered on the 4th incomplete ONLY a bangle was delivered. I called and send an email to let them know that my order was delivered incomplete. I was told they will investigate and come back to me. To date I am still waiting for feedback. On Friday the 6th I ordered another Bead Necklace and Bangle Set now a Black colour order *** . Today I received the order again the order is incomplete I received only bangle like the previous order. I called Spree again to let them know and I was surprised to be told that the feedback from their warehouse is that all the items bangle and necklace were delivered. I am very disappointed about Spree service and hope Helopeter will assist to recover both my red and black necklace that were not delivered.<br> Stokana Mahapa<br> ***<br>
