Poor service from Spree

<p>I am so disgusted at the poor service I received from Spree. I bought items from their website and delivery was done, but the items were small fit so I requested a return. The courier company did not even notify me that they will be doing a collection, which was done a day earlier than was indicated. After the collection I called them to find out when are they processing my refund and was told it is still going through quality check. two days after I call again and I am told that my parcel was not received from the courier company. I have to do follow ups with them everyday and no effort from their side. everytime I call i spoeak to different people who promises to call back but never do, and I have sent them the parcel slip I received from their courier to prove that I returned the item. I just want my money back please and I will never buy from your website again....</p>
