poor service

<p>I purchased shoes at spree, and I struggled to get my order as they promised( they did not deliver on time as promised). So i returned the shoes on 20th June 2017 as I already bought something else, I requested my refund, even today ( 04 July 2017)Im still waiting for my refund, and they promised that I will get my refund withing 48 hours and 48hrs is gone, it is now around 10 days since waiting. And this is my first time shopping at spree. This is really frustrating</p>
