poor service

<p>I requested 3 days ago for items to be collected that I need to be returned ,I received an sms on tues to say the courier will be collecting the items on Wed it's Friday and the items have still not been collected ,I sent to emails this morning which had read reports in it and i received both replies 'delete without being read 'is that the type of service one receives after spending so much money shopping online with spree ,this has left a bitter taste for me to shop there again in future I am not pleased with the service at all </p>
