Poor Service

On the 17th of July 2018 I ordered something from spree but the order was cancelled due to technical error. It was unfortunate that I already made a payment. I contacted Spree and was asked to send my banking details on the 18th of July for a refund. On the 19th I called to verify the refund process and was told I'll receive the money within 72 hours. I called spree again two or three times after 72 hours I can't get a valid reason what is delaying my refund. They keep saying I'll ask them to speed up the refund I'll ask them to call you. Can spree take people serious and bring my money please.
