Poor service

I sent a request for a return o the 10 May, and since then have sent 6 mails asking for feedback. Have received 1 email back from all my mails which proved to be pointless. I have advised that I no longer want a store credit as I don't want to do any further business, but to be paid my money back. I have been a customer for a few years now so can't understand the lack of customer service! Their policy on the return is not what it seems.
