Poor quality Pringle of Scotland Macmillen Trouser (Tan)

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">I bought the trouser a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately disaster struck during the first wash.</span><br style="overflow-wrap: break-word; color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" /><br style="overflow-wrap: break-word; color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">The pockets of the chino is made out of BLACK cloth and this stained the trouser during the wash. I'm not sure whether there were quality checks on the material of the pocket. Black is an unusual colour for a Tan trouser.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">Since lodging a formal complaint via support email I've received only a confirmation number. After calling I was informed by an operator that I should wait for the email query to be resolved first. I'm a bit disappointed that no attempt has been made by Spree.co.za to resolve this query to date. With the price tag of the Pringle chino, not being able to wear it again is a bit of a waist. </span></p>
