Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed with spree. I ordered three pairs of shoe and i only received two pairs. there is one pair missing. I have been calling the call center and no one is assisting. We are told the agents are busy and wait for a long time to get through to one. as soon as you manage to get to one they do not answer just get dead air. I have left countless emails and i still have not yet received a response to any of my emails
