Poor customer service!

The service I received from Spree is totally unacceptable! I returned clothes because they don't fit and I dropped the package off at the Body Shop Menlyn (31st July). I've since been calling their call centre with no help from any of their agents. All they do is tell me that they will get back to me with progress on whether they've received the package and I haven't received any call back or concrete feed back of any kind! Its been three weeks already. I called again today and spoke to Thandi call ref: ********** and the package is still at the body shop! I'm actually disgusted with their service and their call centre! I'm never gonna buy from Spree again! I just want my money back!
