Poor customer service
I am very upset. I placed an order ********** 25 and the shoes was too small. I sent back the shoes and did not receive back the full amount I paid. I sent a request nr. 995020 asking why was I short refunded on Wednesday 28 Feb and I still have not heard anything back on what is going on. I think this is terrible customer service. U are quick to let us pay the merchandise but when we request a refund, u take your time. U received back your goods, why keep back my money.????
